LTX-2.3 can turn a plain text prompt into a short 1080p video. This review runs five tests with very different scenes. The goal stays simple: see how well LTX-2.3 follows camera motion, keeps details stable, and handles tricky lighting.

Prompt tests
1) Macro splash (perfume on wet glass)
Prompt: Macro product shot of a matte black perfume bottle on wet glass. A single drop hits the surface and ripples outward. Slow motion splash, tight focus, studio lighting, cinematic contrast.
The shot keeps a clean studio feel. Reflections look convincing. Small highlights on the bottle stay mostly stable through the motion.
2) Warm cabin in heavy snowfall (slow push-in)
Prompt: Cozy wooden cabin in a pine forest during heavy snowfall. Warm window light. Slow camera push in along a snowy path, snow particles drifting past the lens, soft depth of field, realistic.
This one shows strong atmosphere. The warm window glow reads well against the snow. The depth of field looks natural, even with a lot of particles.
3) Neon night market walk-through (rain reflections)
Prompt: Neon night market alley after rain. Reflections on the pavement. Handheld camera walk-through, steam from food stalls, bokeh lights, fast but stable motion, cinematic.
Busy scenes often break first. Here, the motion stays readable and the reflections look consistent. Some fine signage detail can drift, but the overall scene stays coherent.
4) Tilt shift miniature city (crane move + fog)
Prompt: Tilt shift miniature city at sunrise with tiny cars moving. Slow top down crane move into a three quarter angle. Light fog, sun rays, crisp details, playful.
The camera move reads like a real crane shot. The miniature look comes through fast. Tiny moving objects sometimes wobble, so keeping the action simple helps.
5) Clay animation character (stop motion vibe)
Prompt: Animated clay style dragon in a messy craft studio. The dragon blinks and smiles, then waves at the camera. Slight stop motion jitter, warm desk lamp lighting, shallow depth of field.
Stylized animation suits short clips. The stop motion jitter reads as intentional. Facial motion stays clean enough for a simple wave and blink.
What worked well
- Slow camera moves with a single main subject look the most stable.
- Lighting cues hold up in studio and warm interior scenes.
- Atmosphere effects like snow and steam can work if the prompt stays specific.
Where it struggled
- Very small details can drift in busy street scenes.
- Too many moving elements at once can cause wobble in the background.
Prompt tips that helped
- Describe one main subject, then one camera move.
- Ask for one or two atmosphere effects, not five.
- If a scene breaks, remove extra motion before changing style.
