POV FPV Effect Video Generator
Turns a portrait into first-person and FPV drone-style footage. The 61 scenes run from dragon riding and wingsuit dives to animal POV hunts, and one also takes two photos of places to pass through.
Overview
POV FPV Effect turns a portrait into footage shot from inside the action. In many of its 61 presets the camera sits at the subject's eyes or on a racing drone: flying a dragon with armored hands in frame, diving a wingsuit through an alpine valley, riding a superbike over a mountain pass. Animal scenes follow a tiger chasing elk across a glacier or an eagle diving down a mountain.
Others are built on camera tricks: a one-take run through WWI trenches, an arrow-cam shot from an archer's bow, leaked-looking handheld footage from the Moon. A fireside storybook tea in a cabin and an impressionist rowing scene on a lake slow things down.
What you can build
Travel apps can build "you are there" clips from the custom scene and two photos of a destination. Drone racing and motorsport channels can open videos with a racing scene.
Inputs
Custom Multi-Scene First-Person Exploration is the one scene that takes three images: the portrait first, then two photos of the places the clip should travel through. That is why up to three files can be attached (GIF, HEIC, JPG, PNG or WebP).
Video Mode is Standard (720p, the default) or Pro (1080p). The frame is 9:16 unless you choose landscape or 1:1. Clips run 5 seconds by default, with 10- and 15-second options.
Outputs
You get one MP4 back. In the phone free-fall sample, the subject drops a phone from a rooftop, falls after it past the building and through a neon portal, and lands in a pool.
Recommended settings
Wiro recommends Pro mode for the FPV racing and aircraft scenes.
Limitations
Much of each clip is seen through the subject's eyes, so in the samples the face mostly appears only at the start or the end. Friend POV Water-City Travel Vlog works the other way round: a friend holds the phone and the subject stays in front of the lens.
