121 transformation scenes from one portrait: henshin armor, outfit cycles, werewolf and phoenix shifts, statues that come alive, animated tattoos, age arcs and clones. A few take up to 7 images.
Overview
Transformation Effect has 121 scenarios that change the person in a portrait, their clothes or their surroundings. The main groups:
- Creature, machine and comedy shifts (about 40): a man becoming a wolf under a full moon, a mermaid in a tide pool, a muscle car that rises as a mech with the subject in its cockpit.
- Outfit changes (19): casual to red carpet, a wedding-day cycle, bian-lian quick changes.
- Henshin (15), the hero-show transformation sequence: samurai, Spartan, Viking, magical girl.
- Living art (11): a sitter climbing out of a gallery portrait, a marble statue that breathes.
- Phoenix rebirths (10), from a volcano crater to a snowy field.
- Animated tattoos (9): a koi swimming up a forearm, a dragon sleeve breathing fire.
- Age arcs (7): newborn to astronaut, an old photo brought up to the present, and separate 1920s sepia, 1950s noir and 1980s VHS looks.
- Clones (4), such as four copies of the subject playing the zither and Go, painting bamboo and writing calligraphy.

Inputs
116 scenarios need only one portrait. Five take more images:
- Custom Outfit Fashion Shoot with Your Clothing Reference: your portrait plus a photo of the outfit.
- Dark Knight and Beast Companion Henshin: your portrait plus a pet or small animal.
- Rose and Weed Organic Dissolution Morph: two portraits, the starting and final look.
- Fisheye Glitch Multi-Outfit Pose Sequence: one portrait and four outfit references.
- Seven-Image Continuous Morph Sequence Flow: seven images of anything, morphed in order.
Files can be JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF or HEIC. Samurai Armor Henshin, Standard (720p), 9:16 and 5 seconds are the defaults; Pro gives 1080p, and 16:9, 1:1, 10 and 15 seconds are options.
Outputs
MP4 video with sound. Gallery samples are 10-second Pro clips at 1080×1920.
Recommended settings
For the multi-photo outfit scenes, shoot every reference in similar light so the cuts between looks match.
Safety & compliance
Age progressions and creature shifts change how a real person looks, so get consent from everyone whose photo you upload.
