Motion Flow
Redraws the person in one photo as a realistic baby version of themselves, then turns that baby into a dance video with sound. Eight preset routines are available, Baby Dance and Solo Twist among them.
Overview
Motion Flow makes a dance clip from one still photo of a person. It first redraws that person as a realistic, full-length baby in the same outfit, then animates that baby. You pick a routine and the app supplies the poses and movement, so there is no prompt to write. The picker asks for a baby photo. The default example is a full-length shot of a smiling toddler standing barefoot in a nursery.
What you can build
- Baby dance clips inside parenting and family photo apps
- Short social posts in the style of trending dance videos
- A "make my baby dance" button for a photo book service or a children's brand campaign
Inputs
- Input image (required): one photo of a person in JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF or HEIC. Photos of adults are accepted too, since everyone is redrawn as a baby before the dance.
- Effect type: one of 8 routines, each previewed by a cover video in the picker. Baby Dance is the default. Shake That, Solo Twist, Trend Dancing and Bloodline are among the others.
Outputs
Output is a video with an audio track. The four samples on this page run from about 10 to 19 seconds and come in square and portrait frames (960 x 960, 848 x 1056 and 784 x 1152). The toddlers in them step side to side, wave their arms, give a thumbs up and bounce in place, against a grey studio backdrop, a sunlit hallway, a rust-brown wall and a painted mural.
Recommended settings
Use a full-length, well-lit photo like the default example. The baby is always redrawn standing from head to feet, and when the legs are not in the photo the app makes up trousers to match the outfit.
Limitations
- The routines are fixed. You cannot describe your own moves or upload a reference dance.
- There are no settings for clip length or frame size.
- No photo is animated exactly as uploaded: the app first redraws whoever is in it as a baby, even when the photo already shows one. The redraw is written for a person, so pet photos fall outside the intended input.
Safety & compliance
Upload a photo only with the consent of the person in it, or of a parent or guardian when it shows a child. The video shows a realistic baby likeness of that person.
