Before you apply
Do we need a Wiro account to apply?
Not to send the message — the chat works without one. The credits go onto a Wiro account, though, so sign up and tell us which address the account uses.
Student or startup — which program is ours?
If there is a company or a product with users behind it, apply here. Coursework, theses and personal projects belong in the Student Program, which asks for a school email instead.
Can we use the credits in production?
Yes — that is what the program is for: your own product, production traffic and client work. The Wiro terms and content rules apply exactly as they do on a paid balance.
How do you decide the tier?
From your message: product stage, funding and what you spend on AI each month. Real numbers and a link to the product make the review quick.
What happens when the credits run out?
Nothing charges you automatically — there is no subscription behind the grant. Your projects, keys and task history stay where they are, and you top up at list prices when you want to keep going.
How long does approval take?
We reply within 24 hours. A message with your website, stage and monthly spend usually needs no back and forth.
