About this agent
API integrationNever leave a Google review unanswered. Google Review Manager watches the reviews on your Google Business Profile, drafts replies that sound like you, and posts them on Google only after you approve.
How It Works
Connect your Google Business Profile with an OAuth app from your own Google Cloud project and choose which business locations the agent looks after.
Every 2 hours, the agent checks each location for new and edited reviews.
For each new review it reads the star rating, the language and what the customer actually wrote, then drafts a personal reply. No copy-paste templates.
Drafts arrive in chat (and on Telegram if connected) with the review, the rating and the location, numbered so you can answer several at once.
Reply "ok 1" or "ok all" to post, "edit 2: …" to change a draft, or "skip 3" to leave a review unanswered.
The approved reply is posted to Google through the official Business Profile API. Google checks replies before showing them, and the agent tells you if one is held back.
Smart Response Tone
5 stars — Warm and brief. A genuine thank-you that mentions what they loved.
4 stars — Thanks, plus a friendly question about what would make it a 5.
3 stars — Names the specific issue and says what you are doing about it.
2 stars — Owns the problem, answers each complaint and offers a way to reach you.
1 star — Apologizes for the specific experience and invites them to get in touch directly.
Multi-Language Support
The agent replies in the language the customer wrote in: a Turkish review gets a Turkish reply, a German review a German one. When Google shows a translated review, the agent answers the original.
Your Voice, Your Rules
Set your tone, sign-off, contact line and topics to avoid in cs-review-preferences. The agent never offers anything in exchange for a review, never argues and never shares a customer's details, and it brings health, safety and legal complaints to you instead of answering them.
What You Need to Provide
Google Business Profile — owner or manager access to at least one verified location
Google Cloud OAuth client — from your own Google Cloud project, approved by Google for the Business Profile API (the Credentials tab walks you through the request)
Telegram Bot (optional) — bot token and your user ID for approvals on the go
Schedule & Control
Scans every 2 hours, 24/7, across all your locations in a single agent. Nothing is posted without your approval unless you write an auto-approve rule yourself, for example for 5-star reviews.
