About this agent
API integrationNever miss a phone call again. Voice Receptionist answers your business line — Twilio inbound calls AND web voice — with a real-time AI that recognizes your customers, books appointments from your calendar, drafts CRM notes, and streams a live transcript straight to your chat.
How It Works
Connect a Twilio phone number, or enable the web voice button on Wiro-Web — or both. AND/OR setup, no platform lock-in.
A caller dials your number (or clicks the button). The bridge accepts the call in under 5 seconds, looks up the caller in HubSpot if connected, fetches the next 7 days of free calendar slots in parallel.
The AI greets in real-time using your configured voice persona (alloy, echo, nova, …) and speaks the caller's language naturally — gpt-realtime-mini delivers under 300ms end-to-end latency.
A live transcript streams into your chat panel as the conversation happens — operator can read along, mute the caller, or end the call any time from the dashboard.
After the call, the agent classifies intent, drafts CRM notes, calendar events, and follow-up emails, then sends an operator report on Telegram with everything ready for one-tap approval.
Two Inbound Channels
Twilio Voice — Bring your own Twilio number. Webhook auto-config writes the inbound URL into the Twilio IncomingPhoneNumber, no manual console setup. HMAC signatures, max-call seconds, hold strategy and TLS all handled.
Web Voice — Browser-side voice button on the Wiro-Web operator panel (or embedded widget for API users). 24kHz PCM passthrough through Web Audio API + AudioWorklet, with low-latency gapless playback.
Smart Caller Recognition
HubSpot phone match — Caller number is searched in your HubSpot CRM; on hit the agent greets by name and uses tags + last interaction date for context.
VIP / loyal / lead / complaint tags — Tone, persona and pacing auto-adjust per tag — all configured in
cs-voice-config, edit in plain markdown anytime.Web caller hint — Operator can type a display identifier (name, email, short note) before launching a web call so the agent has context even without a phone match.
Anonymous callers — Generic but professional intro. No failure path: HubSpot/Apollo unreachable just means a generic greeting.
After-Call Intelligence
Every call ends with a structured operator report:
Intent classification — appointment, lead, existing customer, complaint, info, or spam
HubSpot Note draft — caller summary attached to the matched contact (or a new contact draft if nobody matched)
Calendar event draft — when the caller agreed on a time slot, the slot is pre-filled into a Google Calendar event ready to publish
Email follow-up draft — Brevo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or HubSpot, whichever you have connected
Telegram report — concise call summary with all drafts surfaced for one-tap approval
Nothing is sent or saved without operator approval. Drafts only.
Multi-Model Realtime Engine
The agent works with multiple realtime providers — switch by changing one line in cs-voice-config:
openai/gpt-realtime-mini — most affordable, default, ~300ms latency, English + Turkish + 60 more languages
openai/gpt-realtime — premium quality, sharper persona adherence
elevenlabs/realtime-conversational-ai — ElevenLabs voice cloning with 32 voices
nvidia/personaplex-realtime — NVIDIA stack with fine-tuned personas
Operator Controls
Live transcript panel — every word both ways, role-tagged, scrollable with timestamps
Mute / end controls — operator can interrupt or terminate the call from the chat panel at any time
Concurrent call counter — Redis-backed atomic counter caps simultaneous calls per agent (default 3, configurable)
Pre-call credit check — refuses calls if the remaining budget cannot cover at least one full max-duration session — no surprise bills
Predictable Billing
Realtime calls bill in 30-second buckets regardless of length — a 12-second call costs the same as a 30-second call. No fractional second debates, easy to forecast monthly cost. Twilio carrier costs go through your own Twilio account; you pay Wiro only for the realtime AI usage on top.
What You Need to Provide
Twilio Voice (required for phone) — Account SID, Auth Token, one or more phone numbers in E.164 format
Web Voice (optional) — No setup, browser-only on Wiro-Web
HubSpot (optional) — For caller recognition by phone number
Google Calendar (optional) — Service account JSON for slot lookup and event drafts
Email provider (optional) — Brevo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or HubSpot for follow-up email drafts
Telegram Bot (optional) — Bot token + your user ID for approvals and reports
Schedule & Availability
The agent is online 24/7. Business hours, holiday closures, and after-hours behavior are all configured in cs-voice-config — the agent honors them automatically (e.g. takes a message and offers a callback during off-hours, escalates legal/refund/complaint topics to the operator immediately).
