AI CV/Resume Evaluator
Scores each uploaded CV against a job description you paste in. Each score comes with a written review of qualifications, experience, skills and job fit, and the detailed mode adds the parsed profile.
Overview
AI CV/Resume Evaluator measures a batch of candidates against one job posting. You paste the posting, attach the CVs, and each candidate gets a TotalEvalScore. Each record also carries an evaluation text that explains the score area by area, and the detailed mode adds the parsed CV.
The playground comes loaded with a PHP developer posting and three sample CVs.
What you can build
- First-pass screening for roles that draw hundreds of applications, sorted by score.
- A recruiter screen that shows the written evaluation next to each applicant.
- Shortlist notes in English or Turkish for the hiring manager.
Inputs
- Job description (required): the full posting, with title, responsibilities and qualifications.
- CVs: upload the resumes (PDF, DOCX, PowerPoint, EPUB, Markdown or CSV) or give their URLs separated by commas.
- Detail level: score and written evaluation, which is the default, or the same plus each CV parsed into fields.
- Language: English (the default) or Turkish for the evaluation text.
- Result file: CSV for a spreadsheet, or the default JSON.
Outputs
A detailed record holds the parsed profile (name, contact details, total experience, education, skills, certifications and position history), an Evaluation text and the TotalEvalScore. The sample evaluation marks four areas out of 25 each: qualifications, experience, skills and job fit. Every area gets a short paragraph, and the text ends with an overall rating. The sample PHP developer is rated "Strong Fit" with a total of 100.
In the default mode the parsing is left out: each record holds the Evaluation text, the TotalEvalScore and the Filename.
Recommended settings
Use the default mode to rank a batch with a written review per candidate. Switch to the detailed mode when you also want each CV parsed into fields.
Limitations
- The published sample is older than the current scoring: its review marks job fit 35 out of 25 and shows a total of 100. Each area now counts for at most 25 toward the total, so the same review would score 90.
