Results
Edit 1 — Neutral, square

Neutral background produces a warm, studio look. Skin tones show mild smoothing. Hair edges are slightly softened but the subject remains recognizably the same.
Edit 2 — Neutral, 4:5 crop

4:5 crop frames the torso and head. Lighting contrast increases, making the face appear sharper. Minor blur at the jacket seam is visible on close inspection.
Edit 3 — Gray background, square

Gray background yields a neutral, editorial tone. Face detail remains solid with slight smoothing on skin texture.
Edit 4 — White background, square

White background creates a bright, high-key look. A faint halo appears where hair meets the background; a quick edge cleanup fixes that for final use.
Edit 5 — Office background, 3:4 crop

Office background gives context but adds visual elements that can distract. Blurring the background slightly helps place emphasis on the subject.
Edit 6 — Black background, square (recommended cover)

Black background produces strong subject separation and a dramatic, professional look. Minimal artifacts and good contrast make this the best choice for a cover image.
